Access METER anytime from the system menubar. Balloon Help and on-line user’s manual are available in the METER control panel.
This control panel may be distributed freely. No other files need accompany it.
About the demo
You can try out METER as a time-limited demo. It will collect 14 days of data and print 7 pages of records. To start a new demo period, just remove ‘METER Data’ from your Preferences folder and restart.
For a full-featured, time-unlimited version, send $20 to the address above. Options: $5 per additional Mac; $5 (per quarter) for quarterly updates; $5 for quick-reference guide. Network version under development (price not yet fixed).
METER includes Club Share, a voluntary “pay-per-use” shareware system that represents the future of software distribution. You pay only for the products and services that you use, and only as much as they're worth to you. Payment is voluntary, with incentives offered by software authors for paying customers: unlocked features, upgrades, new products, documentation, technical support, etc.

Just drag it onto your System Folder (it goes in your Control Panels folder) and restart.
You can shut down or restart METER at any time by clicking on the METER icon at the upper left corner of the control panel window. If you just want to deactivate METER for awhile, without removing it from active memory, choose ‘METER off’ from the METER menu.
